ECLAIR 3.10.0 has been released

ECLAIR version 3.10.0 contains several enhancements and some bug fixes.

• The GUI and the integration with external IDEs and Jenkins have been improved in many ways. The Jenkins interface now literally flies! Beta-testers loved all these improvements.
• Interactive detailed reports have been further enhanced for extra productivity, even when you start with many violations.
• Services for MISRA C:2012, MISRA C++:2008, BARR-C:2018 as well as other services included in package “B” have been improved. New services have also been added.
• Plus documentation improvements and support for the new versions of various toolchains.
