To achieve these objectives, BUGSENG relies on the following tools:
Internal audits, to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the Quality Management System in relation to the standard.
Management Reviews, held at least annually, to evaluate the implementation of quality objectives and establish new ones.
Ongoing staff communication and training on topics related to the Quality Management System.
Ongoing communication, training, and awareness-building among staff regarding both measures to address climate change (individually and corporately) and ethical conduct.
For these tools to be effective, it is essential that our Quality Policy is understood and implemented by all personnel and continuously updated to reflect company goals and needs.
The Quality System Manager is specifically responsible for arranging the necessary actions and resources for the implementation of this Policy and for the ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System, to be approved by the Management.
